The Property Story
This is a real craftsman bungalow near the Shelbyville square, and the photography here is my work: I shot this home for its listing. Homes like it photograph best when the details are given room to breathe: the original staircase, the fireplace flanked by built-in bookshelves, restored hardwood, and natural light are the focus, rather than trying to make the home look like something it isn't.
The shoot leaned into the story: a twilight exterior that shows the porch glowing at dusk, detail shots of the woodwork a buyer can't get from a drive-by, and framing built around the era, the walkability to the courthouse square, and what's been preserved versus thoughtfully updated. When I list a home like this, that same eye drives the whole marketing plan.
